The archiepiscopal Paderborn is supraregionally famous for its culture and history and Bad Driburg is located in the middle of it.

Hermansdenkmal (monument) For a long time historians assumed that the famous varus battle was fought at this place. Therefore, the monument was dedicated in memory of it in 1875.  more (German)
